Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Allwis (the "Service"), provided by Allwis Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at security@allwis.ai if you suspect a breach.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party right.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code.
• Send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Use the Service to store or transmit prohibited content.
• Probe or test vulnerabilities outside our security policy.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance per the chosen cadence. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service. Our handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Allwis owns the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription term.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure. We may suspend access immediately for payment failure or security breach. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
